Very clean and up to date facilities. Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner and the office staff were always very helpful. The rent is a bit high but these really are the nicest apartments in radford so you’re getting what you pay for. Overall I would definitely recommend them over some of the vulturous leasing agencies here who pray on students.

Overall a good place to live as far as building quality and rent price ($555/month all inclusive), but it’s a bit caught up in corporate nonsense. This “emergency” maintenance hotline isn’t sufficient. They have dispatchers telling the on call maintenance crew but can’t tell you when someone will be there… why don’t we just skip a step and give the emergency maintenance number to a company cell phone that the on call person has? Hearing, “idk when, but the person on call will call you to assess the situation” when your smoke detectors are going off randomly for unknown reasons and causing both dogs in the apartment to bark excessively at 11pm is unacceptable. Speaking of maintenance, if you need something done, ask for Dave. He’ll get the job done. Wayne is an angry old man that I’ve had it out with. He’s followed me around the complex and tried calling my phone afterwards, even showing up twice to my apartment for maintenance requests when we always specifically ask for Dave. He’s constantly harassing me for a fresh start after our altercation even when I’ve made it clear I want nothing to do with him… keep it up and the company will have a lawsuit and he will have a restraining order. There are at least 3 other maintenance workers to choose from when sending people out to fix things, so if Dave isn’t there, there’s two more others.

I love price williams! Their apartments are so well maintained, and very responsive with all of the questions that come. I have tons of friends who work with them and they say great things about them. Steven is the best!

Best realty company in radford, Super nice and helpful staff. Steven Leach was especially helpful and went out of his way to provide a great rental experience. Highly recommend.
