Grove at Cheney, pullman-wa

I absolutely loved living at Grand at Pine Ridge! The community is beautiful, and the office staff has always been wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I’m honestly heartbroken to have to move out. One of my favorite things about living here is being close to everything while still having such a strong sense of community. I’ve made so many wonderful neighbor friends during my time here, which has made this place truly feel like home. If I ever move back to the Spokane area, Grand Pine Ridge will absolutely be my first stop. I’m so grateful for my time here and all the great memories I’ve made!

I’ve had a great experience living at The Grove at Cheney Apartments. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. The community feels clean and safe, and maintenance requests are handled fast. The units are spacious, the location is perfect for students and young adults, and the amenities make daily life really convenient. I appreciate how the management communicates clearly and keeps everything organized. Overall, it’s been a smooth, positive living experience, and I definitely recommend The Grove to anyone looking for reliable and comfortable housing in Cheney.

Ever since the management has come in, they've neglected work orders, kept ignoring people when they're wifi isnt working, and even after showing them my renewal like they asked me to, they still sent me an eviction letter, even though they said I was fine to stay since I showed them my contract with the previous owners. I will be seeking legal action against them if my housing is interrupted. They as the new owners have to honor all previous contracts made by the previous management company. It doesnt matter if they dont have it, their clerical error should not be my issue. Fix your business, super unprofessional. I will not be sticking around at the end of the end of my 2026- 2027 lease, and will not be leaving in 30 days. Get bent.
