Victoria Place, provo-ut

More spacious than many places in provo with 2 bed, 2 bath and a decent sized living room and kitchen. Units are individually owned so you could have an individual or a management company for a manager. No amenities at the location except a tether ball. The underground garage has lots of unaddressed water leaks

I absolutely loved the ward, but my apartment's management was awful. Each apartment is managed by someone different. It's wack. Mine was Kree Management. Candy was horrible with me and all of my roommates. Also, my apartment wasn't up to date with fire codes and they couldn't fix the dryer, so it was literally building up piles of lint inside of the pipes for the dryer, which couldn't be cleaned due to bends and lengths that were against the fire codes. Glad it didn't burn down I guess. The ward is amazing, though, and I love them with all my heart. The rest of the tenants at VP (at least while I was there) are some of the best people I have ever met. I will always remember good times at ward prayer with everyone on the green as we all fed Jeff cheerios.

The apartment is tiny for the price. There's practically no room in the closet. The living room is small, and so is the kitchen. Overall, it's a small apartment that I think should be much cheaper, but from what I understand, it depends on the landlord. The woman who rented it to me wasn't very nice and charged us $50 to clean the bathroom herself, even though we had already cleaned it. According to her, it wasn't clean. It was just an excuse to get money out of us, and she even went into the bedroom when we weren't there.
