They're just like any other apartment complex in Provo, just trying to steal your money and don't care about their residents at all. Management is a bunch of incompetent workers who tell you different directions or fail to communicate anything. They constantly throw loud obnoxious parties that literally shake the whole apartment complex and completely trash the courtyard. It's super embarrassing. The elevator in both buildings breaks down constantly (honestly not ADA compliant at all). Hot tub never works and gym has holes in the wall. Most of the appliances break and maintenance people can never do their job properly. Honestly, they're just like every other apartment complex or managing company in Provo. At the end of the day they don't care about their residents and for the amount you pay (which is increasing every year) it is ridiculous. Please go with a private landlord and don't live here. They won't care about you and it's honestly a lot of money for a place that constantly breaks down, or looks trashy.

I love living here. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The ammenities are nice and I love the big pool and hot tub. Since my time here, the water has been shut off frequently which is annoying. There are events and parties every couple months that can be pretty crazy. I like the size of the rooms and the fact that a TV is provided.

Nickel and dime you. They’ll take full advantage of their tenants to squeeze out as much money as they can. Read everything in your lease agreement carefully, I re-read it later and was baffled at how much jurisdiction the management has in almost every/any situation. Parking is a nightmare. If you don’t pay $75+ a month for a spot good luck finding one. I payed $80 a month for an underground spot that had leaks. Meanwhile half of the above ground parking is for visitors who get a whopping 30 minutes before a tow truck comes. We have a window directly out to the parking and I kid you not we would see at least 4-5 cars a night getting towed. Crazy. Moving out cleaning check impossible to pass. Near spotless fridge gets marked as dirty haha. Feels like they just wanted to get an extra $50 from everyone moving out as a nice moving out gift. Honestly I’m sad to give it a one-star review. I actually enjoyed most of my time. Just feel a little disappointed in how easily the management can wipe their hands of any issues and not take any responsibility.

The village is a good place to live. I like how close it is to campus and the amenities it provides. The rooms are a little small but that’s how most places are around here. I haven’t had many maintenance problems in my time living here, but when I do they are always quick to respond. For some reason this year we have had our water shut off kind of frequently, I don’t know if they’re doing some type of work or why that is happening. Usually it’s only shut off for a couple of hours and they always warn you when it’s happening.

I have lived here for close to 3 years and enjoy it! It’s on the pricier side in Provo, but you get a private room and in-unit washer and dryer. The pool/hot tub and gym are great amenities and there’s always fun stuff going on whether through the complex or those who live here. Maintenance usually responds pretty quickly, but I’ve had a couple of minor issues with delays, so going to the front desk always worked out for me. The only complaint I have is that with valet trash being a thing (which is great tbh) people leave their trash in the hallways and it can get smelly. I wish it was communicated more clearly when trash pickup is bc a lot of residents aren’t aware/dont care
