Although the apartment itself was a pleasant place to live, I cannot recommend signing a lease with this complex due to the poor management and lack of communication. My daughter’s roommate was evicted, and a new roommate was moved into the apartment without any communication with the remaining tenants. In addition, items my daughter intentionally left for the tenant taking over her lease were removed from her room without notice. We were later informed that we would need to retrieve the belongings from a garage, despite living out of state. The lack of communication throughout this process created unnecessary confusion, stress, and frustration. More importantly, it left us with the impression that residents’ privacy, security, and personal property are not treated with the care and respect they deserve.

I had one of the greatest Apartments experiences I’ve ever had while living in Utah with both Max and Gigi. They cared about my personal preferences and tailored my experience to what I was looking for. That more than deserve praise for their hard work!

The advertised rate for my room was $530 a month. After HIDDEN FEES that number rose to $730 a month. Pest control monthly fee, online portal fee, service fee, trash fee, etc. They advertised a free month rent but secretly changed my contract start date from Sep 1 to August 30th without telling me so they could charge an entire month’s rent to eliminate that bonus. They also charge a full month the last month while my contract only goes until the second week of August. Other terrible parts of this shady place: - AC never worked and they refused to fix it for 9 months - Water often went out - They delete all records of maintenance requests or communications in the renter’s portal - Dishwasher did not work (fixed after 3 requests) I highly recommend looking elsewhere or reading all the fine print in your contract.

Do not live here. The management is unhelpful and difficult to work with. The only positive thing I can say is that the maintenance staff is friendly and does their best. Unfortunately, it’s not enough to make up for the constant hidden fees and the way management seems to find every opportunity to charge residents more money. The apartments themselves are poorly maintained, and the overall experience has been very disappointing. I would not recommend living here. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
