Park Place Apartments Provo, provo-ut

A picture is worth a thousand words, and I have hundreds to justify this rating, but google won’t let me add that many at once. Here are a few of what this place was like “professionally cleaned”and ready to move in (though for some reason it won’t load them today). The outdoor spaces are worse. Inconsistent management (I think we are onto our fourth manager in 8 months). The buildings are literally falling apart and the renovations that have taken place are just band aids to much larger issues. I don’t know how they feel comfortable charging what they are next year with the poor services and deteriorating conditions they provide. It can best be summed up in three words: tear it down. Either that or get your act together and fix it (like the months-long flood in the onsite laundry room or the cracks and holes through the walls and ceilings) or lower the prices to something reasonable for the continued low quality and response. Icing on the cake is they asked us all for 5-star reviews for $20 today. Yeah...nah

One of the worst living experiences in my life. Redstone Residential & the owner of this complex aren’t just clowns - they are the entire circus. In a year and a half of living there I experienced the following: Faulty sewage plumbing leaking onto the downstairs food pantry Water leaking into the parking structure and freezing onto parked cars Debris & sheathing falling onto cars in the parking structure. Indoor wall-attached shelf units collapsing due to poor structural integrity & falling onto personal possessions Management changing their policy on parking pass distribution regularly without updating residents Management neglecting accessibility for roommates with special needs as per ADA compliance Management announcing cleaning checks less than 48 hours prior to said inspection time The only good thing about this establishment is the proximity to campus. The individuals responsible for the upkeep and policy of Park Place are an absolute disgrace.

Great place to live! The apartment management has been super helpful and responsive and nice. Great location with a spacious living room and kitchen. Loved living here and definitely recommend it to people looking for a nice ward and neighbors.

The new management has been really helpful with moving in and fixing the apartments. They've dealt with issues quickly and professionally! When we first moved in there were a lot of water stains and mold on the sinks and in the bathroom and several of the floor boards are coming up. It's clearly not been super well maintained before. The apartment is spacious though and well lit.

I really like living here! The location is great, especially for BYU students; the management is great and quick to respond; and for a small college apartment, it’s pretty great and there isn’t much else I can ask for. We’ve had some issues with our dishwasher and a couple other things but they’ve been fixed really quickly!
