I have loved living at King Henry! I’ve met my best friends here. Each holiday they have fun events and free pizza every month. We loved the Easter egg hunt. My friend even won $50! Renting in Provo is crazy but the staff at King Henry work hard to quickly respond to any work orders or issues. Also, the shuttle that takes you straight to campus is awesome. Shoutout to Susie and Katie at the front desk!

King Henry is a great place to live! There are lots of fun people who live here and there are plenty of activities to do! It is also pretty close to campus and there is a shuttle bus that come pretty often. The staff here is also amazing and they keep things pretty clean and organized. There are some pretty fun events here that they have which are always a good time. There are firepits, places to study, and a nice volleyball court. The only downside is that parking can be tough at times.

King Henry has been a blast! The social scene is set up so that you are always meeting new people. There are plenty of things to do by yourself or with others. There are also plenty of activities hosted by the staff that are fun, engaging, and cause you to meet new people. As far as living and appliances, things have been great. The apartments provide furniture, and it supplies all you need for space and storage. I lived in a one bedroom and we had a bunk bed, we took it apart and still had enough space. I have no complaints about the apartments, they are great and provide everything you need. Anytime something needs fixed or replaced, Maintenance fixes it within 24 hours and are respectful about your space. The office staff are also very friendly and care for your wellbeing. They are very efficient, helpful and are easy to talk to. The cleaning checks are not bad at all, just do what the paper says and you will pass. The clubhouse has many great studying areas. The gym is pretty nice as well, and usually not largely populated. The hot tub is open year round, and the pool in the summer. They decorate seasonally, making the place feel like home. The location is also amazing, the mountains are a 5 minute walk away, a park 5 minutes away, and there is a shuttle that comes to take you to campus, otherwise its a 15-20 minute walk. I would live here again!

I lived at king Henry for the last 2 years and really enjoyed my experience. The people are amazing and the complex is super social. However, my experience was NOT good because of King Henry, the apartments suck and management is awful. My apartment had mushrooms growing between the pantry and the wall, our floors were covered with paint drippings so they always looked dirty, and our kitchen drawers were sealed shut because they installed the counters wrong. Management also slaps on a ton of extra fees and utilities are way more expensive than they should be. They’ll do all they can to get the last few dollars out of you. My apartment was 6 guys, 1 bathroom, and about 800 square feet of living space and they were charging $3,250 a month for the entire unit. Also the amenities are a nice plus but they absolutely do not justify the amount of rent you have to pay for how trash the apartments are. Parking is a nightmare because they way oversell the amount of passes compared to how many spots there are, if you get home passed 7pm you will not get a spot and have to park on 450 north or by Kiwanis park 3 blocks away. The spots are also so tiny that I had to crawl out of my trunk to get out or into my car because there’s no space on the sides. The manager Micheal is also insufferable and very hard to work with, he talks to everyone in a very condescending way and makes you feel like an idiot for asking questions. Laundry is over expensive and half the machines don’t work properly, they’ll up charge you too when you change the washer/dryer settings for your load, every couple of months they up the machine price too. When I started living there, they were $1.25 and $1 for washing and drying and now they’re $2 and $1.75. I ended up spending about $10 dollars a week on washing my clothes because I had to do two loads because the machines are too small and because I would change the settings. Overall, living at King Henry sucked, but the people made up for it. Living conditions are one star but social atmosphere/experience is definitely 5 stars.
