Heather Heights, provo-ut

I loved living here! All the rooms are spacious and all the girls who live in the building are the sweetest! Different apartments are owned by different management companies but mine was with Mountain View Management. They’re awesome! They will deliver after the first time you ask them for something. When we mentioned something about the couch, they brought us two new couches and some cute throw pillows. They also replaced our vacuum and came to fix our air conditioner right when we contacted them about it. The kitchen and living room is spacious so it’s definitely not hard to share with just two other roommates and you can hold some fun parties if you want. Rent is also way more affordable for a private room at a nice location in Provo! The only problem is the parking situation, but I don’t have a car and I can just walk to BYU which is right across the street so it’s not as much as an issue for me.

Not sure what went down with the other review but my experience has been nothing but wonderful at Heather Heights. Our apartment is contracted under Mountain View Management and as soon as anything goes wrong or needs fixing, they are on it. They even got us a new vacuum! The unit itself is a little older but has been well kept and is clean. As far as the space and location, it really can't get any better. There is only 3 to an apartment and the shared room is very spacious. Nothing like King Henry or the dorms. There are two desks provided as well as two shelves and two dressers. All fit in the room easily. The mattress is newer and comfortable and the oven was recently replaced. It is not even a 10 min walk to campus, and the ward is just the best. Kindest bishopric and our neighbors are just the sweetest most accepting girls around. It's a great vibe. The only downside would be parking. You only get one spot per apartment of 3, most people do a weekly rotation. There is street parking which, during the day is always free. In the evening it can get tricky but the farthest I've had to walk is a block. I navigate it by not using my car in the evening or just dumping it on my sister. Also, during spring summer there is always tons of parking so that wasn't a concern at all. Anyways, all around it has been a great experience and I have loved living here!

This apartment was one of the dirtiest apartments I have ever moved one of my five children into. Two of us spent four and a half hours cleaning just her room. There had been an animal living in the apartment and in their room. They had not wiped anything off and there was hair everywhere. I emptied the vacuum and then vacuumed their room, and it was 3/4 of the way full again. They had not even cleaned the carpet. Note: there is ONE parking spot for 3 people to share. They pay parking patrol to go around and boot anyone that parks in the stall without a sticker at $60 a boot. It doesn't matter that it is their spot and that NO ONE had called. It is ridiculous. There is minimal street parking. Provo parking is a joke, but this apartment is more of a joke.
