I absolutely love living here. The maintenance technician was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. Josue responded quickly to my request and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and how he was fixing it. Everything was resolved much faster than I expected, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s such a relief to have someone reliable and respectful handling maintenance needs. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the care he showed. Definitely a five-star experience!

Josue did a great job with all of our maintenance requests. He came to our apartment for just one request but then we asked him to fix a few more things. He did them all really well and quick. He was super nice and friendly.

Best housing I have lived in! Management and maintenance are awesome! I put in a request for maintenance and Josue Giminez was there first thing in the morning fixing it in a few minutes. Great customer service!

Run. They’re managed by RedStone management which is notorious for being the bane of provo housing. We have email receipts from management (it seems only one person works in this capacity at Fleur de Lis) where they were at first very helpful and responded quickly. Then they made a mistake and literally tried to gaslight us, pretending it was somehow our fault. We even sent them back the screenshots of their own words and they never acknowledged what they said and continued with their own narrative. I’m so tired of housing management places taking advantage of young and poor college students and families. Completely unprofessional. Do better.

Josue is the best! Super fast maintenance with everything we need, a lot fast than other apartment complexes. Makes live here a lot better for sure
