Was renting from them for 2 years and had a pretty just fine experience. Most my interactions with the actual owner were positive (but rare). Most my interactions with any of his staff were extremely frustrating. If I had questions, they’d never answer/return my phone calls, so I either had to email or go in person. Any time I did either, I was treated as though it was an honor for a lowly renter like me to be graced with their time and presence. Aka, they were always very rude and short with me. It wasn’t uncommon for me to email a question, and then have to ask the question 2-3 more times in subsequent emails through the email chain because they wouldn’t answer it. Rent went up dramatically in the 2 years I was there. They still have some of the lower prices in the area though funny enough. Maintenance requests were hit or miss. Sometimes they’d be taken care of immediately, other times they’d take forever. The cleaners they hire between move ins aren’t very good. So be prepared to clean when you first move in. Unfortunately I still don’t know a better group to rent from in the Provo area. Pretty frustrating how low of a bar being a landlord is these days.

Management has a very quick response time, but sometimes short and unkind to work with. Apartment had a leak that took weeks to fix. And then tacking on $175 cleaning fee to my security deposit when I ended my contract early is thievery. My roommates stayed after I left, so I can verify that no professional cleaning was actually done.

Very grateful they were my housing management company. I lived in old Mill apartments and heard many bad things about the apartments. Turns out those things were just about another management company. I have gotten quick responses anytime I have had an issue. The girl in the office is super nice!!! if you want to resign a lease make sure to do it very early!!!

Management lost the mail key so we never had one when we moved in. After 3 weeks of talking to children(management and employees), they refused to provide the key. I was told I had to pay for the locksmith myself. Management also told me if I didn’t leave the key I PAID FOR when I left they would charge me to replace it. Very unprofessional and feel like I’ve been scammed to pay for a key they didn’t want to pay for. Update: After I had scheduled a locksmith to make us a new mail key the owner stopped by and made us new keys. I’m grateful they were able to provide us with the mail key after the discussions I had had with them. We had no costs to us at the end of the day as they had taken care of the issue. However I have received two emails afterwords that were very unprofessional. While I am grad they made right the issues at hand I am still very disappointed at how they have treated me personally. We have really enjoyed our time in our stone property apartment. It's a great size for the price and was well maintained by those living here before us. Our apartment is located close to campus which makes life that much easier. The staff has always been helpful whenever they were needed. Would highly recommend!
