Carriage Cove Apartments, provo-ut

I honestly have loved living here! It is so well taken care of for how old the complex is so that was super impressive! I know in Provo there are a lot of issues surrounding good management as well as good maintenance fixing, and can I just say, the management is SO NICE! I love them! I pay cash for rent so I don’t pay a processing fee, so I get to see them quite often and they are always so helpful and so wonderful! And the maintenance gets fixed SO FAST LIKE HOLY! we had an issue with our water being cold and not working and so we asked for it to be fixed and it was fixed within a day! I have never had a complex work so fast and so personally before and I’m going to miss it! (I’m getting married lol) lots of people who live here stay for a while and it is so homie! My experience at carriage cove is one of my favorites and worth the price (but even that is good for Provo having a private room)

Its definitely showing its age. But out side of that it better then the other places I lived. I have actually never failed a cleaning check so I dont know if they are less strict or I am a clean freak. The pricing is pretty good. Utility is dont by the people who live in the unit. Little less convenient then having a fixed price but I pay max 20 dollars in Utilitys. The rooms are not crazy large but not new york appartment.

I lived here for a year and for most of the time the units were fine and management responsive. However management in incredibly strict and unforgiving requiring you pay extra fees year round unless your unit meets their strict cleaning standards. They also add a clause in their contract allowing entry into your unit for any reason without notice and will use it for any reason from taking closer doors from storage units unannounced to showing a future tenant your apartment while you’re still at home.

I love living here!! I chose to move here after my mission because the rooms seemed bigger than other places I'd seen, and the rent was cheaper too. I love my private room, own vanity, and the people here. Another important thing I was looking for was parking, and I've never had trouble finding a spot near my building even if I come back a little late. I feel like the apartment has a lot of storage space and is spacious in itself. We've had a couple problems with drains getting clogged, and it has been fixed the same or next day every time. The ward and environment is great. I recommend moving here!

Never had a problem with parking and having a private management company has been great. Issues get fixed within a day and it doesn't feel like they're trying to take money from me at every chance they get. Pay the same rent as I did last year but I have a private room that's even bigger than my shared room at my old complex. 100% the best value contract in Provo. Review left on Find My Place.
