Campus Way, provo-ut

I’ve lived here for 2 years and resigned for a third. Great location, decent price, and I like the layout. They got new wood flooring a year and a half ago and it looks really nice. Yeah sure it’s not perfect, no student housing is. But I’ve never had any major issues that weren’t able to be resolved (even though sometimes it requires a few tries lol). Giving it 5 stars because of the social scene. The entire complex is one ward and every year the people that move in are so awesome. Very down to earth and fun peeps. I 10/10 recommend campus way to anyone in the 20-23 age range (plus or minus 2 years).

My daughter lived here and when i finally saw the place in person I was a bit shocked. The "new" flooring was hilarious, it was absolutely awful! There's no way they paid more than a buck fifty for this job. But they're the fools who allowed it. Then there was the paint and carpet-just gross!! She was ALWAYS having issues with her water not getting hot, they would go days with cold water in the winter. This was an issue for the entire complex and has been lingering for year-read the reviews. When she moved out they charged her for breaking their incredibly cheap blinds. She walked by almost a year later and the "broken blinds" she was charged for, are still hanging. Apartment Complexes like this are all over Provo. They were all built a year or two before Brigham Young showed up, not a lot of improvements since, and they all charge these college kids a ridiculous amount of money for 1800's living. A few big companies own most of these apartments, making it easier to keep quality down and rent high. She has sinced moved over by UVU, to a newer complex where she has her own room and bathroom as well as a washer and dryer and only pays 90 more. Best of luck to all who pass through these doors-you'll need it.

Terrible management. Took my deposit even though we left the place spotless and when we got there initially it was dirty. We had hot water on and off (this is not normal for other apartments in provo I’ve lived in many). The WiFi cut out many times for days. We put in many requests about the water and they did not help us. The price is a little high actually, I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere. Emailed them to try to get deposit back and they immediately sent me to their lawyers who would not come for mediation. Also what was left of my deposit was very late (months after when they legally needed to get it to me). I had to send them a deposit notice and it still didn’t get to me for 3 weeks after. Ridiculous don’t trust red stone. Take pictures before and after but really just avoid.

So grateful for Campus Way! Management is great and willing to work with you and your situation. Angel and Jocelin helped my move in be a breeze and not stressful at all! They answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction to make everything run smoothly! You could really tell they really cared and wanted to help! Campus Way is the place to be!

I live at Summerpointe apartments, which have the same owners as Campus Way, and I've loved living here for the past two years! I've worked with the Campus Way office and management many times with various things and they've always been extremely easy to work with and on top of things. My apartment is the dedicated tour apartment for Summerpointe, so I've gotten to know the office staff pretty well. I also lived at Campus Way before Summerpointe, which was a big reason I chose to live here because I knew I'd enjoy working with the same office. Reasonable rent, nice apartments, and a great location specifically for a BYU student. I highly recommend living at Summerpointe or Campus Way!!
