Blueridge Apartments, provo-ut

I have lived here for 2 years now. It may not be the nicest place, it’s Provo, most places are not 10/10, but I have loved my time at blueridge. It has all of the essential amenities, with enough parking, bigger living rooms, and in unit washer and dryer for a reasonable price. That would be good, but it’s the management that makes a huge difference. Ian and Max run the front office and do an amazing job. Any concern or need I have had they have been able to work with me to find a solution for. The best part is they are super good about a quick turn around and checking in on if we are good. Carlos who does the maintenance around the building fulfills the order within hours. He is a miracle worker when it comes to any repair. The people who live here are also the salt of the earth. Super down to earth with neighbors who are out and are always willing to make friends. Overall my experience at Blueridge has been incredible because the people who work and live here make it so.

I have had a great experience living here as a student. Ian (the front desk guy), and all the management is so great. Ian is a great guy and is super helpful. They don't upcharge you on hardly anything and cleaning checks are quality but also forgiving. Rent is also pretty affordable. The thing that locked me in was the in-unit washer and dryer. Great quality, would definitely recommend it to any student.

Blue Ridge has been an amazing experience! It's about the average price for a shared room in Provo, but the experience here has been amazing! Ian is the best manager EVER. He brings donuts and fruit every Friday and is so friendly. Maintenance requests were also minor and fixed extremely quickly thanks to Carlos. The location is a 15 minute walk to campus and right next to the gym. You can pay an additional $40 a month for parking, but I never had problems finding parking on the street and saving the money. Having in-unit washer and dryer is also a HUGE plus here in Provo because it's pretty rare. The people in the complex and in my ward at church are also amazing. Would definitely recommend this complex to any college kids at BYU!

Excellent quality apartments with lots of space, and the location is great too. There is a shuttle to BYU that stops right across the street, the multi-stake church building is right next to us, and the community spaces are great for hanging out and meeting our neighbors. The best part about living here has been Ian and Carlos. Ian runs the front desk and he always brightens up our days. Carlos is a maintenance supervisor who gets work orders done super fast, and he is also a joy to interact with. With Ian, Carlos, and everyone else in this community, I have really liked living here at Blueridge.

I had a leakage in my bathroom, so I made a maintenance request. The same day, Carlos came and fixed the leakage. Ian the landlord along with the whole staff are very kind and make this place feel like home away from home.
