ghost charges for a mail key that we never lost, ended up paying for a new key that we never received. cleaning checks are a joke, charged us to clean parts of the apartment and then the cleaning never happened, just collected the cash

Management is terrible, I got charged for failing a cleaning check even though I passed, it was a different job in my apartment that failed. When I tried to contact them about it they told me there was nothing they could do about it, so I had to pay the $100. Very unprofessional.

madeup cleaning charges. low rent ends up being just as expensive as other complexes for moldy ceilings and mildew scented swamp coolers.

The apartment themselves are great for the price and the people who’ll run it are good about getting things fixed. The other tenants just are either loud early in the morning or late at night and some tenants can not park to save their lives. The one in the picture is the main example I have.

Apartments in Provo are mostly pretty crappy, but this one isn't too bad. To the managers' credit, they fixed things pretty quick when they broke. Had one bad experience where the person who fixed our apartment left a terrible mess but generally they're good. They don't care about cleaning checks really which is good if you're lazy or if you live with people who like to have a clean apartment, but having some people like cleanliness and some not care can be problematic.
