Alpine Village, provo-ut

I've been at Alpine Village for almost 2 years now, and I've really enjoyed my time here. The proximity to the BYU campus is priceless, the unit has solid space throughout, and the various property amenities make the place feel very social and alive. Nate Hansen in the leasing office has been super helpful, communicates well, and is really personable. The responsiveness of the maintenance team also needs to be recognized, as that variable can make or break an apartment living experience. Javier, Lucas, and Cesar do a great job, and I'm always surprised by how quickly they get to my apartment after I've submitted a request.

I’ve been living here for almost 8 months now and honestly I’ve had a really good experience so far. The building is nice, the amenities are great, and my roommates have been awesome too. My floor recently went through a renovation and it honestly looks way better now. Also, Nate in the leasing office has been super helpful and friendly whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. Overall, it’s been a great place to live :)

I have lived here for a year and I had an issue with parking and staff was very helpful. I had to pay a $10 service fee to their third party parking service and when I told AV about it they took $10 off my rent. Things like that go a long way in my book. It might seem simple but they do things like that often. Thanks again for that.

Worst apartments in provo by far. Live here if you want maintenence to take away your shower curtain and not replace it and invade your space every month to loudly replace tiles, carpets, and light fixtures with equally crappy counterparts. The hidden charges on top of rent and utilities makes Alpine Village more expensive than any equivalent housing in the area. The mattresses they provide are abysmally hard and they refuse to replace them. There are so few upsides to living here, they need to advertise a soda fountain as an amenity

Negative stars wouldn’t be sufficient enough to describe how awful this place is. They are constantly doing cleaning checks and have walked in on me and my roommates multiple times after getting out of the shower, while we’re asleep, etc. They are currently doing renovations and have asked we remove most items from our rooms for a period of 16 hours which can be described as nothing short of inconvenient and ridiculous given they have a 2 week window for move out and move in with residents. What they do with all the extra money they’re making off of scamming us is hold tons of social events that only occur at random days and times where most of us have work and school. When we moved in, the apartment was NOT clean at all. For example we found stains on furniture/appliances, dust, and dead bugs. And of course there’s like 3 stalls to park for visitors and they get towed after 11pm, UPA is all over this place constantly. Beware also of their constant effort to stack unnecessary fees on almost everything including cleaning checks, parking, etc. I lived here for almost a year and would undoubtedly recommend going anywhere but Alpine Villiage.
