Found Study College Hill, providence-ri

TLDR: A great place to call home. I am a "young" professional who recently got a job nearby. I needed a place quickly and they had space. Has everything gone smoothly there? No, it's an old building. But, the front end staff and the maintenance team did a great job with any reparations, keeping me updated, or doing whatever they can to make sure my experience living there is enjoyable.

I had a great experience touring this apartment building with Amonte. He showed me three different units in the Canal building and took the time to walk me through each one, along with all the amenities available. Amonte was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire tour. He answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, never rushed or pressured. He’s very professional and personable, and he made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend asking for Amonte if you’re considering this building!

We moved our daughter to Found Study College Hill for a summer internship. We are very impressed with her apartment unit for its cleanliness , lay out and wonderful views. We like to mention the outstanding work by Evan to make our move in experience extremely smooth and pleasant

The maintenance team was incredibly responsive. My dishwasher had a major issue, and they resolved it quickly. Really appreciate their help!!! Update: I'm grateful to the maintenance team, who were very responsive even during the blizzard days. I also appreciate the vending machine in the lobby — it's been convenient on snowy days when it's hard to go out.

The apartment is good, but for me the big disadvantage is the windows can not be opened, and the AC can be maintained only by management; It’s so hot, so loud AC which can not sleep, and always it’s 82-84F, even outside it is now rainy and 62F. I feel always stuffy at home…
