I sent a VERY EXPENSIVE package to Edge College Hill in May of 2024. It was large (5’x4’) and it sat in the reception area for over a week without anyone from Edge College Hill ever notifying the recipient. I called the receptionist, (whose last name was signed on the UPS package). She hung up the phone on me after questioning her where the package is. She said the package never arrived! Afterwards, I contacted the property manager and she never responded to me. Come to find out, the package was in the reception area leaned up against a wall the entire time. I wasted three hour on the phone with UPS, because of poor property management.

There were human faeces in the stairwell. The administration truly doesn't care.
