The Trails are the best annd cheapest apartments i’ve been at so far, way better than Phill. You don’t have all these room checks like other housing does, this is actually like you’re own apartment. you don’t have to worry about your car being towed either. nothing bad ever really happens here either. no shootings or anything like that unlike phill/reserves. Ms Kimberly is also very nice and thoughtful, she lets you know if you have a package by sending a text and she’s either always having some kind of raffle going on or she’s offering up food/snacks and drinks. If there ever is any issues kimberly is immediately on it trying to resolve the problem.

I have had great experience living at University Trails here at Prairie View. I have been here for about a year now and haven’t had any complaints. Management is very attentive to their residents and cooperative.

As parents of 1 graduate and a current senior. We have been pleased with the safety and security of their living quarters and how the manager is timely in responding to questions and concerns.

Only problem I had with the complex was the parking issue. Can barely see the lines & cannot get a spot at times

Worst living off campus experience of my life. The landlord and her husband thought they could enter into your apartment and your personal affairs at any time with out permission. Can't have visitors. If you do they can only be over 3 days, after the 3 days they can't come over no more. Trust they have someone watching your every moves and reporting back to them. During thanksgiving break someone broke into apartments while myself and my roommate was home. The landlord told the parents we give our house keys to our boyfriends. So the landlord came up with the story our boyfriends is the one who broke into the apartment. Please especially freshman do not live here. Too expensive and soon as your late on something they ready to evict you. This isn't a comfortable living situation. Avoid the hassle and save the money
