Apartment Manager is amazing! Just met her last Friday. The Property is very clean, and my daughter will spend her Senior year here. My daughter has been on the waitlist since day one, I love this place and management.

"I had a very stressful experience at 625 at Prairie View. During my lease, I dealt with a recurring roach infestation that made my apartment feel uninhabitable. I reported this twice through the DoorLoop portal (References: IE6BBJ and 011E3J), and while maintenance did spray, the issue was never actually resolved. It got to the point where I was living in fear and stayed with family/friends in Katy and Cypress just to avoid being in my own bathroom. Now that my lease is over, they are charging me $105 for Wi-Fi and valet trash for the final months. I shouldn't be charged for amenities I couldn't safely use due to the pests. I’ve already paid my full rent through financial aid, and after also dealing with a $500 towing fee here, being chased for another $105 over an infested unit feels unfair. I hope management does the right thing and clears this balance for a student who already complied with all other lease terms."

The maintenance team is absolutely phenomenal! Austin and Anthony do such an amazing job keeping up with maintenance request, moving furniture, and picking up the trash on trash days. They do so much more than I’ll ever fully know but from living at the gates for 2 years, I’ve observed hard work and dedication! They are both extremely kind and prompt and the gates are extremely lucky to have them both be apart of our community. They really make living here feel like home. The manager Victoria is professional, upbeat, and supportive as well! The environment of the staff is overall welcoming and inviting!

We are checking out housing for my niece and this location is perfect for off-campus! Ms. Victoria was a jewel showing us the available units, and they were clean, spacious, and with an added peace of mind with the level of security they offer! I'm sure my niece will be pleased!! KaTrina, REALTOR®️
