The Collegiate Inn Apartments, pocatello-id

This is a great apartment complex. I have lived here for over a year, through a few managers, and it has improved a lot from when I first moved in. Brady Price is an awesome manager. He takes care of our needs promptly. Also, the apartments are being renovated; I moved into a renovated apartment and it is so much nicer than my previous apartment here. I am going to ISU and the apartment is only ONE block from campus and two to three blocks from food! The cost is fantastic for the size of the room (including utilities) and it is the cheapest around. I know this because I have looked at every apartment there is to see around here.

The apartments have greatly improved due to renovations. The few problems that had arisen while I have been living here had all been promptly addressed by the new manager. Since the new manager, Brady Price, works hard to keep the apartments and surrounding area nice, it has been a nice place to live. The cost per apartment (Including Utilities) in connection to the size of the apartment and the close proximity to campus is very reasonable and favorable, especially to students.

Awesome management. Apartments are a great place to be for really anybody. Good condition overall. Brady Price, the Property Manager, is willing to work with you if any issues come up. Absolutely love these apartments. Very close to everything and honestly no complaints when it comes to anybody in the complex.

Though I've not been living here at The Collegiate for long my experience has been great. You get a ton of apartment for the low price and they have always been quick and responsive with any issue I have had. The management communicates with the tenants a great amount and the location being so close to the college is just an awesome added bonus.

We have been living at the Collegiate inn for 3 years and we are always happy. The owner is always polite when he stops by and is always on top if having maintenance and repairs done as soon as possible. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great environment at an awesome price. Not only are utilities included, but so is wifi!! What more could you ask for?! Great price, great community, great landlord?! I am glad to be living here!
