Don’t recommend my groceries was stollen at the office and the manager pretended like she doesnt know who did it, all she said was to call the police then never heard back on what happened

I am writing to express my concern regarding the processing of my housing application. I submitted the online application (three times) and received a confirmation email showing that it was successfully submitted. However, I was informed by the manager that the system displays an error and that my application was not received. I explained that I had already submitted the application and provided the confirmation email. If there is a technical issue or system error, it appears to be on your side, and I kindly request that it be investigated, as there is nothing further I can do from my end. Unfortunately, instead of assisting in resolving the matter, I was told that nothing could be done and that I could not be offered a room. This is not acceptable response as I believe it is important for staff members—especially those in managerial positions—to support clients, investigate issues, and ensure that proper procedures are followed. The manager has a duty to assist clients and is responsible for resolving issues that arise.

Broad Street Commons has overall been a good experience. They helped a ton when I needed to transfer to a different unit, and since moving my experience has been nothing but positive! Maintenance in particular is super quick to respond and fix any issues. I definitely recommend living here if you’re attending school in the area and are looking for somewhere affordable and off campus. It’s super close to campus too and you can walk to class if you don’t have a vehicle.
