Takara was awesome! That was the leasing agent that assisted me with a showing, she showed me 3 amazing units that Union@Roosevelt had to offer. Some one please give her a raise, she was very social and kind. Made the apartment tour process a lot easier.

I recently moved here from out of state and had a great experience. Takara, the property manager, has been so helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free. The community is clean, well-maintained, and I’m really happy living here!

I absolutely love living at Union at Roosevelt 2! The best part is that everything is brand new, which makes such a difference. The modern finishes, beautiful flooring, and stainless steel appliances truly give it a luxury feel. I’ve lived in the Roosevelt Row area for the last 4 years and really wanted to stay in this neighborhood, so finding this place felt perfect. I first came around December 2025, and Takara was so sweet and kind—she took the time to show me three different models in phase two and helped me narrow down the best option for me. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. I officially moved in on January 31, 2026 (woot woot!), and I’ve been happy ever since. I also like to wait a few months before leaving a review so I can give an honest, unbiased experience—and this one is truly well-deserved. The guest house is stunning and wow so spacious and perfect for gatherings or relaxing or study!! One of my favorite things about living here is the community. The neighbors are incredibly kind, welcoming, and family oriented, which makes it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better! You’re just steps away from the light rail, shopping, restaurants, and even Chase Field for games and events. It’s the perfect balance of being in a lively area while still coming home to a peaceful, quiet sanctuary. The amenities are top-tier. I absolutely love the gym—it has all the equipment you need, and even a bathroom conveniently right around the corner. There’s also a separate study room, with a printer!! Hello!!! Buahahah which is perfect for students or business owners who need a quiet space to focus and get work done. It truly has everything you could ask for. The pool even has a Hoyer lift, which is amazing and so thoughtful. Honestly, it feels like living in a 10-star hotel with everything available to you. Maintenance is outstanding and quick, efficient, and always resolves any issues the same day. The management team is just as incredible. Takara is my favorite!!!! she’s so sweet, kind, and down to earth. There’s also a wonderful Spanish lady too who is also my favorite on the team who works so hard and keeps everything spotless. Even the elevator is always clean and smells great! Trust me that matters a lot! This is truly the best apartment and management team ever!!!! I’m so grateful to call this place home!

Me and my fiancé have only just moved into our beautiful apartment and all I can say is wow it’s like living in a luxury hotel so modern, so beautiful. there were a few hiccups here and there but the staff are so sweet and amazing and they see a problem and fix it immediately. there were no major issues just little things that the construction workers forgot to do as this is a brand new building and even at like almost one in the morning, I had maintenance come up and fix my issues almost immediately she was so nice and I was very impressed with the service. If anybody is looking for an apartment, that is luxurious modern with convenience And an amazing staff I highly recommend union @ Roosevelt.

Takara was so sweet and helpful. During my tour she showed me every unit I asked about and was patient as we moved between units located in phase I and phase II because I was pretty indecisive (and didn't think to take pics/video so I could remember them later 🤦‍♀️). The property manager was also very helpful when I came by a second day to view units. The amenities look great. There is no valet trash which was pretty much a selling point for me lol. The application process went smoothly and I am looking forward to moving in...
