I had a great experience speaking with Nathan. He was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who combines such a positive attitude with strong attention to detail, and it really made a difference. Nathan’s good nature and reliability stood out right away. The staff were very welcoming, especially Natt Malory, who was kind, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions. As someone new to Pennsylvania and renting for the second time, I really appreciate his help throughout the rental process. I’m writing this review before moving in, so I can’t comment much on the apartment yet. However, I decided to choose this place after speaking with a student who currently lives here, and they had positive things to say about their experience living in the housing.

Most disgusting place I’ve ever rented out. Roaches all over the place. Washers/dryers don’t work and they charge 5$ for that. Maintenance closes the service request without getting the job done. You will be sick most of the time cause of the roaches. Staff is least responsible. And yeah once you sign the lease you will be trapped cause no one will actually want to sublease this place.

Honestly, you’re genuinely better off living off campus. I really did try to enjoy my time at this apartment, but it just didn’t work out because of how many issues kept coming up. Problems like roaches aren’t properly handled, and it feels like management just doesn’t prioritize residents’ concerns. To make things worse, I went the last month of my lease without AC and nothing was done about it. Also, take the 5-star reviews with a grain of salt. They offer “free” food and drinks, but only if you leave a 5-star rating, which makes those reviews feel pretty misleading.

Called to receive to some basic information on the property. Staff was very rude and ZERO help. I simply asked if they charge an application fee and the lady who answered the phone said “it’s on the website” instead of making it easier for the both of us and telling me. Upon going to the website, all I see is that they charge a $99 admin fee. I then called back (an extra step that could’ve been prevented if the price was originally told to me on the phone) to confirm if this is the same as the application fee and was told yes. In the city of Philadelphia is it illegal to charge more than $50… the actual cost to screen. Safe to say… won’t be coming here.
