GFF residence it is simply the right choice to live in Philly university city!! I spent there 4 months and I made a lot of new friends in the building. The management is always ready to help you and friendly, the building itself is really cool, with all the amenities: rooftop, gym, common spaces, study pots... the apartments are well furnished and clean. If you are planning to move to Philly be sure to check this place. Breanna will welcome you and follow you for all your stay, her help was really precious!

Great place for college students and young professionals to live! It is budget friendly and has all the amenities you will need (furniture, kitchen, gym, study rooms, rooftop deck, etc.). The game room is a great place to hang out and the rooftop deck offers a nice view of the city. Samira is very friendly and helpful, and the new management overall is more responsive than the previous ones.

I live in one of the Powelton Village properties, where Samira manages multiple buildings. While my apartment building has faced its share of challenges — from ongoing issues with PECO bills to frequent changes in management — Samira has consistently been a caring and understanding presence. She genuinely makes the best out of every situation, and it’s clear that she works hard to ensure tenants like me have the best possible experience. Her dedication truly stands out

New management is exceptional! Would highly recommend. No difficulty with getting my security deposit back. Building is very close to Penn Presby and supermarkets. Ideal for students and young professionals. Staff is very accommodating and responsive. Great place for international students to make friends and get a sense of community.

I moved to Good Food Flats in August, when it was under different management. I didn't have a great experience initially and had some unresolved issues when I was about to move out. However, the new management has really done a great job and helped resolve any of the prior issues. Breanna was especially helpful and ensured that everything went smoothly. The building itself is great, with a lot of amenities, such as the gym, rooftop deck, common rooms, and study rooms if you're a student. The pricing is great for the Philadelphia area as well.
