The Summit at University City, philadelphia-pa

I have my fair share of complaints with how summit is run. Based on policy and management this building would get 3/5. However, Raekwon, Faijon, and Karim in maintenance were awesome and they get a 5/5.

This place may look ok on the inside but their management team is terrible Front desk staff is terrible. They will self assign you a roommate and it can be a horrible outcome. Our daughter had items stolen. When I called the front desk team, the representative was rude. I ended up calling corporate and still waiting for a reasonable solution. There is a reason why Summit is getting one star reviews. If you need to move in a few days early, they will charge you $250. Now granted if I needed to move in like a week early, I would understand. Summit is very greedy. Your best suited going somewhere else The property on the inside is dirty. And there was no move in to assist us-that was a lie too . Lastly, it amazes me how they want their money on time but yet their customer service and management is the worst thing I had to deal with. Never again will my child stay here or any properties that Summit is affiliated with.

I had Rudra as my tour guide and he was super helpful with questions, and showed us everything really well.

Akshay was super helpful throughout my time at summit. He is my go to CA. I had some issues with my rent payment and he went above and beyond to help me out! He is extremely patient and will make sure your problem is solved.

SIEMENS!!!! YOUR international bribery scandals and use of forced labor may be bad, but this alarm going off five times this month is what truly gets me. It's 5:00 a.m. and it's been going off for an hour. What about people with midterms? No other housing on campus Does this crazy stuff! This building is absolutely insane. These fire alarms are not sustainable. The summit and Siemens need to reevaluate what they are doing, and take a user interaction class.
