Honestly a fantastic place to live in, to me the ideal place to live in Philly. I moved here from Dallas, sight unseen, and was surprised at how great the budding and staff were. Jenerra and the whole leasing staff were great and went out of their way to help make my transition easier. The building itself is very clean and always well kept. There’s a bunch of amenity areas, which is perfect if you need extra spaces to study. For how big of a building it is, I didn’t run into very many times elevators would be out. Location is also great, walking distance to the city but still far enough so that it doesn’t feel hectic. Overall would highly recommend.

For anyone reading this after building's response to this review, I also submitted a complaint to the Philadelphia Fire Department regarding the repeated false alarms. Following its investigation, the complaint status was updated to: "Investigation resulted in Notice of Violation." Residents can draw their own conclusions, but I felt it was important to include that outcome alongside the building's response. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Worst fire alarm system of any building I have ever lived in—and it’s not even close. There is at least one false alarm every week, and many weeks there are two or three. They happen at completely random times, including the middle of the night, waking residents and forcing everyone to listen to an extremely loud emergency message for 30 minutes or longer while maintenance eventually arrives. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Management has not meaningfully fixed the underlying problem, and residents are left paying expensive rent while repeatedly dealing with unnecessary alarms and sleepless nights. If you have other housing options, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The constant false alarms alone make living here far more stressful than it should be, especially if you have early work shifts, school, or simply value being able to sleep through the night. I understand that occasional false fire alarms are part of living in a large apartment building. No system is perfect, and isolated incidents happen. My concern is that this goes far beyond what I would consider normal.

Excellent place to live, I have been a resident at the Hamilton for almost a year now and I plan to stay for as long as I’m in Philly. Since day one the leasing paperwork was a breeze and I cannot speak higher about most of the staff. People Like Mike and Jennifer in Leasing. Tom, Juan, Gabi or Isaia in Maintenance and Rick at the front desk make living here very pleasant. The appartment was delivered to me in great condition. I relied only on the virtual tour because I come from outside the city and when I came here it exceeded my expectations. It is very well maintained. Some stuff will break here and there but if you bring it up they will fix it just given the time. They do seasonal events and are very generous. For example there was a Christmas dinner at the social area and there will be a summer BBQ. For me the highlight of the building is the Golf simulator and the Rooftop. Of course the gym facilities are very good as well. At the beginning I was somewhat frustrated about the golf sim because it was partially working but they explained me that they where arranging some budged to keep it running properly and after a couple weeks they did fixed. Since then if something fails in it they will get it back to 100% in a couple days and now it is very fun. The rooftop is excellent, you can BBQ, tan or have small gatherings in there with a great view to center city Philly. There is so many fun features to this appartment. Some of them need a bit of guidance to learn how to use them such as the BBQ but there is good staff willing to guide and prompts as well. Very recommended!

Lived here in a two bedroom, I would definitely recommend! Easily accessible to get groceries with the Giant nearby. The golf sim, pool tables, and grills are perfect for a summer night or hanging out with friends. I wanna give a special shoutout to Mike, Jen, April, and Stacie for exceptional customer service. If you need anything, I would recommend reaching out to them for sure if you need assistance.

We toured the apartment last week and had a wonderful experience. The guide was supposed to email us with the apartment details and pricing. However, despite multiple follow ups over email and phone calls, haven’t heard any response. No one gets back! Can only imagine what happens once you sign a lease if they can’t event respond to a prospective tenant!! Edited - we did hear back and Zakiah clarified the miscommunication. She was great to work with and we ended up signing a lease.
