The Axis on 36th Street, philadelphia-pa

Love this location! Lived there for last year of school and loved it. What I love most about the building is the security. It is very secure with a desk attendant and key fobs to enter both the building and elevator. Having Axis Pizza right downstairs is great too. They are open 24 hours so I would often would order food on a late night of studying or after going out with friends. I'd highly recommend living at The Axis!

The Axis is a great place to live if you are a student at Drexel or Penn. It's a 5 minute walk to either campus so it's really convenient and the environment is very welcoming. All utilities are included in the rent so you don't have to worry about paying any other bills. They have a gym, game room, theater room all on the first floor as well. I would definitely recommend living here.

The axis was the perfect place for me to stay. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to assure your needs are met. The place is extremely clean, and an employee comes to clean your room about once a week or by request. It's conveniently located right in between University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University, right across the street from a Wawa, the food downstairs in the pizzeria is delicious, and it's also close to many popular restaurants including Han Dynasty and Dim Sum House. They also are very flexible with their leasing terms. To make the most of your stay, utilize the amenities given to you like the gym, gaming room, and movie theater room. I would recommend the axis to any friends and family members who are looking to move into University City!

This place has very flexible lease terms that work great for residents doing rotations. This community is an great place to live. It is so convenient, just steps away from Drexel's & Penns campus. The 1st floor fitness center, business center and theater room are pretty nice. Would definitely recommend it to someone looking to live in University City.

This is a fabulous place to live. There is a gym,a theater , a business center and a game room that are all accessible 24 hours a day. It a 2 min walk to the Penn campus and 7 minutes to the Drexel main library. The staff is amazing. They know most of the residents by name and are quick to deal with issues. I plan on living here until I graduate.
