Skyline Apartments, philadelphia-pa

I'm an exchange student from South Korea and many South Koreans who went to Temple have already recommended this apartment saying that it is a great one in terms of price, location, facility etc. Living here for about 3 months, I believe this place is beyond expectation. I especially loved spacious living room and the kitchen with large refrigerator. If I were a permanent student at Temple, I would definitely stay here for all of my semesters. No need to look at other places!!! The picture is taken from the rooftop lounge of the building --> great place to see Philadelphia and get some sunshine :)

The apartment units themselves are decent, but the ongoing elevator issue has been extremely frustrating. The elevator broke down just two months into our lease (around September–October) and, shockingly, still hasn’t been repaired. It’s been several months now (it's June by the time i'm writing this), and there has been little to no communication, urgency, or accountability from management. The lack of compensation or even a timeline for resolution speaks volumes about how tenant concerns are prioritized. This situation has been especially difficult for residents with mobility issues and for anyone carrying groceries or packages. It’s unacceptable for a basic amenity like this to remain out of service for so long. I'm genuinely worried about how move out day will be..

Perfect location to the store, the subway and for Temple students. Parking is great there as well. The manager (Mike) is amazing and fixes things really quick and always responds in a timely manner! He truly cares about taking care of his tenants! The rooftop has an incredible view. It is also an extremely safe building! 100/10 would recommend Skyline Apartments as I have spent a year there!

Skyline is a great place to to be at for your semester. Spacious apartment and whenever you have any issue it’s immediately resorted. Also, they have their own parking garage. Mike, who is basically a manager, is a very welcoming person who really helped me transition into this apartment complex. He is very welcoming and kind. Works hard to get tasks done and is a easy person to talk to and get to know. Other then that it’s a nice place, people are nice and quite, the view is amazing, and it’s worth it especially if you already have a roommate in mind. Much more can be said but that’s what I find important. 4/5 for me only because I have been here for a year and I don’t believe in 5/5’s

I'm an exchange student and I have stayed for 4 months in my apartment, so them offering a short-term lease was a great thing to start with, because it took me a while to find that. I genuinely enjoyed my stay overall. the management, specially Precious, was very helpful in anything I needed. I honestly felt safe living in such a building as there are cameras near the front door of the building and you can only enter or use the elevators using key fobs. the fact that they can also provide you with keys to your own room is also a plus. The roof lounge is something else, a great place for a fresh breath and a good view. if I'm staying here for longer. I would definitely stay in skyline apartments!
