We made a tour appointment, so we walked under this steamy hot summer day to get there. The experience even from first step into the leasing office was terrible. When we opened the office's door, nobody greeted us. I had to get THEIR attention, and when I did, they sounded so unpleasant. If they didn't even want to greet nor talk to their customers, why are they even hired to be behind the leasing office desk? They chose to be there, I am not sure why they had to give us an attitude like that. Then this guy asked what floor plan I am looking for, and I told them specificities, and the response was that they don't have that floor plan available currently. Their communication and management is so so awful. Why did they even make a tour appointment if they don't have the availability and make us walk in this hot weather? There was no sorry, no kindness, no nothing after that dismissal. They didn't even say bye to us when we were leaving..what a shame.

Very friendly staff and a very seamless move-in process. Having signed a lease sight unseen, the apartment is very spacious and the complex is very nice. Would recommend to anyone! Update: The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. But of no fault of their own, packages often get stolen or open from this location. So beware when placing a delivery order that it may not get to you. Additionally, getting maintenance to fix anything is a joke. My dryer has been having issues with making a loud mechanical whirring noice and stopping mid-cycle. I can only do one load of laundry per day or the dryer stops working. I’ve placed over 7 maintenance requests to fix the problem, talked to the front desk, and then emailed the manager. All for the problem to not be fixed. This is not only my experience either, many other people have this problem. So again, beware that most things broken in your apartment when you move in will likely stay broken.

I've lived here several years and only realize how rediculous the experience was until I moved. I was locked out of my unit twice at night when the new leasing term started because they updated the locks without any notice. I signed a renew-transfer lease at that time. Even though I did not need to move, my lock was still updated and I have to get my fob updated also in the leasing office, which was closed long before I got back that day. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they just said that many other people had the same problem as if it was not a big deal. Communication with the staff was also a struggle. They hired a lot of interns who didn’t actually have the authority to help. Some full-time employees, like Tyler, only did the bare minimum to get by. I have switched units a few times, and once I moved into a place where the washing machine was full of vape pens (yes, literally) and tons of debris. Toward the end of my lease, my rent went up by almost $300, and that’s when I decided to move. In my final year, the dryer in my unit broke. Even though I reported it several times, both online and in person, it was never fixed for months. It stayed broken until I moved out. HVAC was extremely loud by the way, I can't sleep without earplugs.

I signed a lease with Paloma and then less than 3 days after they dropped the price on the unit type that I signed for. When I asked if they would honor the price they took several days to get back to me and immediately said no when I sent a follow up. They left me hanging over email several times. There was no flexibility and no attempt to work with me, leaving a really bad impression. Be cautious before signing anything — they clearly prioritize profit over fairness. Good property management companies make at least some effort to take care of residents who’ve shown early commitment. Instead, this experience made it clear that Paloma is more concerned with maximizing profit than treating tenants with basic decency. Would never recommend them just based off this. When I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned to the expected standard especially given the hefty price of living here. There were dead insects in my apartment and I already got a bug bite. Save yourself the trouble and don't sign here. Their communication sucks and I have not heard back from staff. I'm still waiting for my maintenance requests to be fulfulled.
