Worst year of my life while at Temple. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO TEMPLE AND LET THEM LIVE WITH THIS PROPERTY GROUP THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY NOT SAFETY. We had an unfenced backyard that I asked many times this property group to add a fence for safety and they said, "we have never had an issue". On more than one occasion I had people shooting up heroin and smoking hard drugs in my backyard that I could see out of my bedroom window and when they saw me they would flip me off. I had my car broken into more than once right outside my house and my grill stolen out of the backyard. There was even an attempted robbery at my house where the person came in our unfenced backyard, opened our kitchen window, grabbed our kitchen knives but could not fit through the window so they left with only doing minor damage but imagine your son or daughter getting woken up in the middle of the night by an intruder armed with their own kitchen knives. I filed a police report for these and after all of that still no fence or attempt for safety. They installed these flimsy bars on the downstairs windows which I could have easily kicked out myself in 3 seconds but also made it a fire hazard for me and my roommates if we couldn't get to the door. Keep in mind this was during covid where Temple university was giving out $2500 grants to off property management agencies to use it to increase safety measures and they were still too cheap to do anything. Also they tried to fine me $250 multiple times for the 15 foot trash pile that was accumulating out of my front door that at times I could not even walk around saying that it was my problem. It wasn't even our trash, it attracted all kinds of cockroaches and rats and the city refused to take any of it saying it was a health hazard. Once the city finally took it after about 3 months in the summer of rotting trash and neighbors dog poop, they also threw away all of our trash cans. AVOID N PROPERTY GROUP AT ALL COSTS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY YOUR RENT. ACTUALLY JUST AVOID PHILLY IN GENERAL. I included pictures to show my unfenced open backyard that welcomed all kinds of homeless people and drug addicts, the spots where they would defecate and leave it in the area and keep it under my grill which got stolen less than a week later. And the trash piles that would go weeks without being cleaned up, you can see the north property group sign in the vid!

I’ve had a truly great experience with this property management group, and a big part of that is because of Cathia. She has been absolutely amazing to work with—responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s handled everything quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s rare to find someone who makes the process feel this easy and stress-free.

Meera was amazing throughout the whole experience. Amira was incredibly helpful throughout the entire rental process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything feel much less overwhelming. She did a great job showing the property, answering my questions clearly, and explaining each step of the application process. What stood out most was how consistent she was in keeping me updated, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. She was a pleasure to work with and made a very positive impression.

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with this property group. When I first moved in, I was honestly frustrated because there was broken glass left in my room, which shouldn’t have happened. Since then, I haven’t faced any major issues. There was one instance of a ceiling leak, but the team handled it the same day, which I really appreciated. Their maintenance staff is responsive, efficient, and gets the job done quickly. While the move-in experience could have been better, their quick response and reliable maintenance team made up for it. I’d say they’re a solid and dependable property group overall. Recently we had a dishwasher problem and thanks to Anthony he did a great job. Hats of to the guy
