I’ve been renting with N Property for a year now and while the building I live in was going through a management change when I first moved in. A lot of the issues with the property have gotten better since they’ve taken over. I will say that Chuck their property maintenance manager is one of the best maintenance managers I’ve ever had. He handles everything in a timely manner and listens to the tenants when we have issues and gets them resolved.

I have been a tenant for almost 2 years, there are good things and bad. The maintenance guys are great, they are super attentive and polite. I also like the response from maintenance when we have had needs. A major major issue that I have experienced as a tenant has been with management's inability to work with us regarding entry into our unit. I have 2 sons who do online school, both under the age of 18 and have been told that maintenance can come in regardless of whether or not I or my wife are home. I have expressed this concern directly to our manager Christine Napoli and the response I received was pretty pointed as if I was causing problems by simply requesting that these inspections be made during a scheduled time so myself or my wife could be home. We have a dog that has a job to do in protecting our home and on the days that they need entry we are given a time frame of "anytime between 8-4 monday-wednesday" that means I am required to make sure that my dog is locked up in a crate for an unspecified amount of time in order for these things to take place. We are low maintenance tenants who dont ask for much and take care of our home, all we want is a little consideration of our children and pet. We have zero issue accommodating maintenance requests, its the frequency of visits, the preparation for visits just to have maintenance not show up at all, and being told that regardless of our requests to not have strange adults in our home alone with our children they will do it because they can that are issues.

Moved into an apartment from this company and my experience here was horrible. The apartment was so disgusting on move in day, mold in my bedroom, me and my roommates had to clean the entirety of the apartment ourselves and fix multiple things that were broken, maintenance hardly answered, we asked for a key to our outside gate that was constantly left open and they gave us a key that didn’t work, and the door in my room that led outside didnt even work i felt so unsafe!!!!!! Also, the people who work here are rude and anything but helpful. I also got charged for cleaning charges after move out even thought it was cleaner than when we moved in and they clearly do not hire cleaning services, curious to see what they actually do with that money because it’s not used for cleaning!!! I would never rent through them again. I wish I took more pictures because there was more issues

never came to fix anything especially when it’s a major health violation. Apartment flooded and it took months before they decided to replace the carpet which was developing mold due to poor ventilation in the unit. Water heater exploded and ceiling started to pour down water for month and no one ever came to fix the ceiling. Two months later the ceiling started to collapse and still no one came to fix it after numerous complaints. By the end the ceiling started growing mold which no one fixed. Do not rent from them! They are slumlords and will take advantage of every student they sign, stay as far away as possible from them!

Already this place is HORRIBLE. My daughters moved in August 8th. By the time we moved food and furniture into the apartment what comes out? Roaches and they didn’t come from us. We have sent multiple maintenance requests to fix the plumbing and the mold. We requested an exterminator because we are allergic to roaches. The floor is sinking in one of the bedrooms. Have we gotten anything fixed yet? Nope, all we keep hearing is let me forward this to the landlord because he has his own maintenance team. You tell us to be available on a certain day at 9am and 3 hours have passed and no phone call and no one from maintenance has arrived. We will NEVER RENT FROM N PROPERTY GROUP AGAIN. Terrible communication. They have no problem taking your money but if you need repairs good luck because doesn’t seem to get done. They get zero from me.
