Love the conveniences that come with living here! It’s so easy to get to and from class. Parking and all the utilities are included in the rent. The apartments are fully furnished. The building is also quiet and I’ve never felt disturbed by noise from neighbors. There are so many available study spaces that accommodate groups. I feel safe with the 24hr security and safety measures. Overall I’ve had a great experience.

As a first-year student at PCOM, Meta Christy House (MCH) is a great place to live. MCH is directly on campus, so I can run back to my apartment if I ever forget anything, has tons of study spaces, and it's nice to live so close to my classmates and friends. Having a front desk security guard makes me feel pretty safe, and the staff in the building are incredibly kind too. Even the smallest studio is quite spacious, and the fact that the rooms are completely furnished was a big plus to me as well. Of course, some things can be improved, but I've found that the leasing office is quite receptive to any suggestions you can make. I look forward to renewing my lease here for my second year as well.

Meta Christy House is a very convenient and cost effective option for me as a first year DO student at PCOM! On top of a monthly rent that already covers water/electric/WiFi/parking, the apartment already came fully furnished. I also appreciate how quickly the MCH staff responds to work orders. I also enjoy the multitude of study rooms in MCH so I don’t stay stuck in my room studying all day. Finally, I love that it’s right on campus so I can get the extra sleep I need! Would recommend to anyone new to the area and looking for a convenient place to stay while at PCOM!

Meta Christy House has been the perfect place to stay as a student at PCOM. The building is situated in a convenient location next to the buildings on campus and close to different stores as well as a variety of places to eat. It is a short walk from the apartment to get to class. The environment itself is comfortable and quiet, which is perfect for studying. I love that there are study rooms in the basement as well as on every floor.

As this is my first year on campus, MCH has offered a great space to live. It is very comfortable, secure, quiet and perfect for a student. Since living here, I have been free to focus on my studies with the multiple study rooms that are offered. The staff are friendly and helpful with any questions/ concerns. The building is also clean and well maintained.
