Kardon/Atlantic Apartments, philadelphia-pa

We’ve been trying to communicate with the leasing office for a month. They never pick up calls at the offical number and the individual people at the leasing office do not respond to texts or calls. This has been the worst leasing office I’ve ever interacted with. The quality of the rooms depends on which building you live in (Kardon vs Atlantic). The Kardon was better. The rooms do not have windows to the outside and do not have their own lighting. At this price (1000-1200 ish), this is not worth it.

I have lived in this building for 2 years and have never had such a bad experience until now. There has been vomit in the elevator for over 24 hours at this point and no one has done anything about it. I have reached out to management multiple times but they have not responded. The people at the front desk also don’t know what to do and cannot get in contact with management. I understand that it’s a long weekend, but considering how expensive it is to live here I would think the least they could do is clean up the biohazard in the elevator. I’ve lived at Kardon for two years, and it has been an incredible experience. When choosing an apartment, I prioritize finding a place that truly feels like home. Kardon delivers with its excellent amenities, including cardio rooms, a study lounge, and game rooms. The leasing office staff is always approachable, making it easy to ask questions or voice any concerns. Another standout feature is security. The staff is reliable and attentive, and I have always felt safe in my apartment. I’ve recommended Kardon to several Temple students, and they all agree it’s the place to be!

I lived at Kardon Atlantic for two years and it was genuinely the best living experience I have had thus far in my adult life. The staff was always incredibly kind an attentive and the maintenance staff was always timely and effective. The facilities are gorgeous and the entire building feels like a luxury experience. Every time someone visited from out of town, they couldn't believe how cool my building was. I also never had a problem with rodents, somewhat of a rarity in Philadelphia apartment buildings. It is by far the most spacious building, the most value for money, and the best living space Temple University's area has to offer.

Lived here a few years go. The building is filthy and organized weird so it’s a little confusing to navigate. Our windows were sealed shut and the AC had repeated issues. Management and maintenance didn’t really seem to care when we had issues.
