My sister rented with them during her time at Penn Vet. It’s very convenient to the campus and thankfully free street parking on street as well! If you have the opportunity to rent a place with them, ANGELA is a literal angel! She’s communicative, super efficient, and just an overall excellent wonderful person. You hear so many horror stories about renting near college campuses but Apartments at Penn is affordable and also they have amazing staff such as Angela! Thank you Angela for everything you do! We’re going to miss you!

I have been renting an apartment with Apartments at Penn for the past four years while completing veterinary school in Philly. Chris, Danny, and everyone in the leasing office including Florence and Alex have been nothing but the most kind, generous, and accommodating during my time with them. When I moved in, my unit was everything I was looking for, however had a very old kitchen. Chris offered to essentially knock down and renovate the entire kitchen and upgrade all the appliances prior to me moving in. They also repainted the bedroom and hallway in the unit to any color I wished. The final product was stunning and other upgrades were also made as requested throughout my time there such as replacing the older style bathroom faucet with an excellent quality new piece. They have also been very pet-friendly which was much appreciated as a vet student. Any maintenance request was followed through with in a timely manner and it was a pleasure working with everyone in the office. Highly appreciative of everyone who made my stay excellent!

This is by far the best management I've dealt with in philadelphia. As a grad student, I've lived in 5 different apartments in the city owned and managed by different people but no one has ever done a better job than them. They respond very quickly to emails and call. Linda (both of them) and Florence are very nice and helpful. Any work orders/repairs/ requests you put in are fulfilled within 48 hours. The apartments are decently sized, at a close distance to Upenn and Drexel campuses and pretty safe. It is what you expect from student housing. I've lived in one of their apartments for 3 years now and no complaints whatsoever. I had to terminate my lease early as I was relocating. I reached out to florence and she was very accommodating. My apartment was made available for leasing again. Someone took it and i was able to terminate my lease without having to pay extra.

The management and all their staff were absolutely wonderful in the whole leasing process. Apartments At Penn has been one of the greatest management groups to work with. They are extremely understanding and flexible. Also very reasonable!! Big Plus: They are pet friendly!!!

I've been with Apartments at Penn for two years of off-campus housing. The management team, Linda and Florence, has been responsive and accommodating in scheduling repairs, payment options, and communication before and during COVID. When there were complaints of lack of regular maintenance, they immediately turned over a new maintenance crew (some Vietnamese guys, I think) who are always prompt to repair. They are taking extra precautions with COVID for tours and in-office interaction. However, there was one concern. I've been with them for two years, left a couple weeks early before my lease ended, and was deducted several hundred dollars from security deposit for "cleaning" despite having hired private cleaning services during move-out. Messages were left without reply from office.
