I have absolutely loved my time at the fountains. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the management team has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are always tidy. I also appreciate how safe and peaceful the complex feels. It's a great place to come home to, and I would and have recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.

The Fountains has been a great place to live for the past 2 years. Rent is reasonably priced and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the guest parking situation. Hopefully a new process can be figured out soon!

company towed my car at 1 in the morning when i was simply visiting some friends, i am a college student and I am very upset about the lack of guest parking and the amount of money im going to have to pay to get my car returned to me.

you wanna park here and visit a friend? you want friends and family over? good luck! they will tow your car and have said “ we can’t promise anything the company comes through randomly “ but also said they “ work closely with the towing company “ but also had NO IDEA the towing company takes only CASH. Expect 300+ on that also! oh! you get one parking pass so you can’t even have more than one friend over even if you do get the pass so it’s stupid. you also have to PAY for the pass. Sure the apartment rent is cheap but at what actual cost?? they also will hold packages hostage if the name on them isn’t one of the residence even if the residence say it’s their package . the office doesn’t know what they are doing and will lie to your face . you have better chances elsewhere.

In reply to the 'Response from the Owner.' I do not 'feel' as if the 25% rent increase was 'sudden or significant', it *IS* sudden *AND* significant. Emmer Group may not deflect the responsibility of this increase onto 'market evals.' Not when Emmer Group has any control of the market. *Provide supporting evidence of Pensacola and the surrounding areas showing a ~25% increase in rent prices that would 'justify' my rent going form ~$1200 up to ~$1600 in less than a year and a half. 'Operating costs' is an interesting claim as well. Has the maintenance staff and office staff gotten even CLOSE to a 10% raise? No, of course not. How about a 5% raise? No? OK, now how much of a raise did the CEO get? 'Industry Trends' is a pathetic excuse for skyrocketing my rent. Your office staff MATICULOUSLY verified my income at 5-times the rent, then increased my rent by 25% at next signing. This is not sustainable, trending, nor does it reflect the market or justify operating costs. What it reflects is Corporate Greed and an attack on the lower class. You claim to 'recognize the importance of consistency and transparency in communication,' but the actions in this matter indicate the opposite. Consistency would mean a *slight* increase. Furthermore, my original post was made 6 months ago, has been edited several times, then finally just this morning you replied with more lies and bogus claims. I'm sure whoever wrote the reply to my original review (if not AI) is just going off of a script and is not at all prepared for this retort. Emmer Group says, '...we'd welcome the chance to speak with you directly...' then gave me the number to my leasing office!hahahahah I know their number and they know me very well. They are well aware of how I feel about Emmer Group and The Fountains Apartments. I am a 100% Disabled Army Combat Veteran, Student, and single father. I chose this place to live because I was lied to and was under the impression that Emmer Group was different than the typical, greedy, out-of-touch top 1%. It is not. If you ACTUALLY want to speak w/ me, The Fountains leasing office manager has my number. Why the hassle of verifying income and eligibility when’s all they were going to do was raise my rent by 25% at lease renewal? From $1235 to $1606 in a year and a half because they say (3 different answers btw) ‘it’s the market’. No, the market did not have a 25% increase in a year and a half. Bold faced lie after lie. At $1606 a month, safe to say they are ruthless, heartless, greedy, and out of touch with what is 98% of The People's reality. Emmer Management Group is obviously contributing to and supporting class warfare. They do not care if you are homeless and hungry. Emmer Group chooses to remain faceless and out of contact, as has their office staff do their malicious deeds of pushing people out of homes in trade for more money, regardless of what that means for your or my family.
