The Villages at Town Creek, pendleton-sc

This is my third year living at the Villages at Town Creek and I love it! You really cant beat the value. Not only are these town homes upscale (granite counter tops, newer appliances, real hardwood floors, etc.) They also include ALL utilities in the rent with individual leases. Therefore, you can live comfortably knowing that everything is split evenly and fairly between all roommates!

The first year I lived here was pretty good with great management but after that year, it quickly went downhill. The maintenance requests would say completed yet were never done when I had an issue with ants and put in 3 requests and no one ever came for it. Also in general the maintenance requests would take an extremely long time to even happen like up to a week or more even for important things like internet or water issues. There is also constant mold everywhere in the house and overall the house is not taken care of regularly. They don’t care about safety of the people living there as I’ve seen multiple people complaining of break ins, robberies, and I’ve also seen dumpster divers which nothing is ever done about. Plus management has severely declined. And the rent increases by 100+ every year and so does the parking sticker fee which is crazy. 12/10 do not recommend living here unless you want to be scammed.

Don’t even get me started. Pay a little more somewhere else. Mold (and they’ll try to tell you it isn’t). A 24 hour notice? What’s that. They’ll send people in without telling you. Need something fixed? You better be willing to wait 3 months. Water damage is a constant. The AC breaking is always happening. The hot water heater? Yeah that’s always broke. All these 5 star reviews you see is because they call people and ask them to leave the reviews because they know these places are a pile. Save your money, your time, and your health and go somewhere else. If I was able to attach pictures I would. Because the stuff I have to back my word up is insane.

Very chill place to live. I have honestly no complaints. Being close to Clemson campus and off the main road to where football game traffic was a great plus. Also being a min away from the town of Pendleton was awesome, that place pace has the best coffee shop, bakery, restaurant and butcher shop. Since I was away all the time busy with school, work, and clubs activities if I did have any maintenance requests were taken care of earlier in the day so I would get back around 9-11pm with everything working. The staff was very understanding and easy to talk to.

Really good for the price, right next to Tri County Tech. Andrew made the move in process really easy for me. Any issue I had Andrew helped me instantly and respectfully. Apartments are well equipped and clean.
