This property is extremely close to campus and comes with private bathrooms. Compared to the shared on-campus bathrooms and the rent on-campus properties charge, this property is a no brainer. The old management is gone, and starting in 2026, a completely new and responsible team will be in charge of the property. More upgrades are on the way! New students: Join this property as this is not going to have any available spot soon.

Nice quiet area next to UNCP campus. Management and staff are phenomenal, they’ve been a great help every step of the way! All around phenomenal!

Great apartment with a beautiful view and a very pleasant living environment. The place is well-maintained and peaceful. Special thanks to Yogesh and the team—they do an excellent job, are very helpful, and always go the extra mile to assist. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I moved into this apartment complex a few years ago. I love how affordable it is! After I had a nightmare of a roommate who made life particularly difficult, the management team made arrangements so that I would have no roommates unless absolutely necessary so that I can live comfortably. My friends are now considering moving here, and I recommended it! Also, I originally moved in with one cat; however, my sorority sisters found another and I was allowed to have up to two animals so i took the kitten. Then, a couple of years ago, I found a kitten in the bushes outside of my window (cat distribution at work again!). When I could find no home for her and I steadily grew attached (despite my best efforts since i didnt think i could keep her), I got special permission from Mr. Cyrus, Miss Victoria and Miss Paige to keep her, with the understanding that she would be the last one I took in. My rent only had a small up charge as a result, but remains affordable, and since most places that are in my budget won’t allow three cats and are certainly not as well maintained as these apartments, I am especially grateful! Communication is very much appreciated and reciprocated at this complex; if you have an issue and need someone to help you, they will do whatever they can to do so! I have loved staying at the view. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Any issues I have, the housing office works with me and maintenance is attentive.
