Parkville Flats, parkville-mo

I’ve had a great experience living here. Jeremy and the management team do a nice job of staying engaged, communicating with residents, and addressing issues promptly. They seem to genuinely care about both the property and the people who live here, which isn’t something you find everywhere. The property is well maintained, and both management and the maintenance team stay on top of things when issues come up. In my experience, maintenance requests are handled professionally and in a timely manner, and it’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the community in good shape. The residents are generally great as well, which I think reflects management’s commitment to maintaining a positive living environment. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I’m grateful for the effort the team puts in to make it that way.

Recent resident that just moved out. I moved in here in January 2025. I found Parkville Flats through their leasing agent Michael whom just so happened to be my leasing consultant at my last complex. Just like before Michael was extremely helpful and accommodating. All the details I needed Michael was there with the answers. Loved my apartment that was spacious, infield view was awesome, and my apartment was at a very affordable price. New Year special! Unfortunately due to a job transfer my time here has been cut short. Parkville Flats is a great place to call home and I would highly recommend living here.

We drove from out of state and Lexi made the process very seamless for us. Her communication was 10/10 and her kind personality and professional attitude made this experience great for us. The property seems to be well maintained and well managed, we are so excited for this next chapter!

I love living here! There is so much to do within walking distance. I have really enjoyed going to the community events hosted by Caleb! I have met so many wonderful people. I think it is safe to say I have chosen the perfect place to heal my broken heart and start my life over again. 🩷

Caleb with Apartment Life is fantastic! He hosted a wonderful October event where we enjoyed coffee and pumpkin painting. It was a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and build community. I highly recommend attending future events!
