Oxford West Apartments, oxford-oh

Would rate between 3.5-4 overall. The property is aging and the common areas in the buildings (aside from leasing office/gym) could do with some care. Recent management change and new lease did also come with a noticeable price hike compared to what I had for the previous 3 years. Having said that, maintenance has always been very prompt and responsive, and leasing office staff have always been very helpful. There have also been more community engagement events and activities too which is much appreciated.

Today I toured this property with Desi and had a great experience! She was very informative and pleasant. I felt very welcomed and comfortable speaking to her. I loved the layout of the apartment complex and the unit was clean and well-maintained. Having the choice of a town-home or apartment is great too! The amenities are a big bonus, with a gym and pool! I would definitely recommend this property.

I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. The buildings are old which causes a lot of issues maintenance wise. While the crew is kind, the repairs are often shoddy and cause more problems in the future. They continue to hike prices up and hide fees throughout the 45+ page lease. The prices are not worth it for how many issues this place has. Additionally, if you have any issues with neighbors, good luck. We had consistent issues which were "addressed" by having an email sent out (this did not fix anything). The amenities are lack luster and the internet works half of the time. I could continue on, but if you want to feel safe and comfortable in your apartment, do not sign a lease here.

I had a friend who lived in these apartments a few years ago and the renovations I've seen recently are very nice! It has great curb appeal and is very clean outside also. If I worked towards oxford I would definitely look into moving into one of their apartments.

I’ve enjoyed living here. The apartment I moved into was ready when I moved in. The staff here are amazing, and worked with me when I fell behind for reasons out of my control. I’ve loved my overall experience has been amazing. My only thing is maybe having like a pool volleyball net or basketball goal in the swimming pool. Everything else has been amazing
