Miami Preserve, oxford-oh

It’s been almost a year since I moved to Oxford and I have no regrets living at the Miami Preserve. From the moment I stepped onto this property, you can tell that the staff genuinely cares about maintaining a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for you. Whenever I had a question or experienced an issue, the staff always made it a priority to address it promptly and efficiently. Their dedication to resident satisfaction has been truly commendable. The new Property Manager, Jonathan C, and Office Master, Lucas, bring a wealth of experience and an easygoing, professional approach. Their deep knowledge of the property, coupled with their commitment to excellent service, ensures that residents (including myself) receive the best possible experience. I have no doubt that these two—and the rest of the staff—will continue to go the extra mile to make Miami Preserve a great place to live. In 2024, I toured many rental condominiums in town and Miami Preserve stood out as the best value for your buck and overall vibe. The combination of a great staff, prime location, private pool, spacious common areas, and well-designed suites made it an easy choice for myself and anyone else looking for quality living. I highly recommend Miami Preserve to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-managed community!

Great place to live! Tons of accomodations such as the pool and fire pit. Leasing staff is very welcoming and will help you with anything. If you are looking for housing you should definitely consider Miami Preserve.

I'm happy to have chosen Miami Preserve as my place to stay in Oxford! The 2 main perks that makes MP special is 1- the amazing location (you're close to almost everything & 2- their awesome maintenance (they're really quick is fixing any issue and they do really care about their residents experience). Finally, the reception/leasing office team is always helpful and super friendly.

This has been a great living situation for off campus students. The pool is nice and everyone gets their own room and bathroom. The furniture is a nice touch and there is a lot of room in the living areas for whatever you want.

As a father I'm rather disappointed, when my daughter filled out her initial lease for Miami preserve we were told that her rent would be $500 per month. Go forward to October November 2025 and we're told that her rent was going to go up to $690 a month, we get the lease agreement to sign and it says $700 a month. My daughter inquired and was informed that " there are only so many $690 slots", I don't even know what that means. It seems that this university's facility and either the university or the management company likes to use a bait and switch mentality with regard to their residents and what they pay. Update: Thanks for the response. Maybe if you advertised your methods it would be a little easier to accept.
