Level 27, oxford-oh

Lived there for two years while attending Miami University. Had them come into the apartment while I was sleeping and slamming on my room door which woke me up while yelling the word “management” at the top of their lungs (quite literally). No emails or texts were received, my roommate was also home and also woken up by this. Lived the rest of my time there in fear of this happening again. They didn’t do anything in the apartment either?? Just smiled like nothing happened and left. (???) Charged me ~$100 for “bathroom vinyl” after moving out. It was in a normal state (see pictures) practically same condition from when I started living there. The individual washer and dryer per each apartment makes living here tempting, but the respect from management is non-existent. Shame…

I’ve been living here for a few months now, and my experience has been exceptional. The property management team is wonderful—courteous, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I’m always warmly welcomed when I stop by for packages, snacks, or a cup of coffee. Even in the short time I’ve been here, I’ve noticed many improvements throughout the community, and it’s clear they have more upgrades planned. I’ve only had a couple of maintenance requests, and both were handled promptly. My disposal and a light switch needed replacing, and the maintenance team took care of everything the very next day. The maintenance manager is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and truly cares about the residents. Some older reviews mentioned issues with the shuttle, but that has since been fully resolved. I also believe that many past maintenance concerns were likely due to problems not being reported promptly or residents neglecting basic upkeep. The apartments are surprisingly quiet, the grounds are well-lit and feel very safe, and the amenities are excellent—better than what most complexes offer. I would absolutely feel comfortable having my child, parent, or grandparent live here. Overall, this is a fantastic place to live, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

LMAO! The negative reviews are DIABOLICAL. Listen for any incoming students take the negative reviews with a literal grain of salt. All of these reviews are probably from entitled residents who have never been told no before and whose mom and dad did everything for them. I personally have had a great experience here at Level with the new management company. Kiara is also really sweet lol, so it’s shocking to see everyone saying something so negative about her. I am usually in the office 2-3 times a week picking up packages and her and the staff have been nothing but nice to me. I bring my dog in with and they’re always so sweet to him giving him rubs. Even when doing inspections, they came in and was actually holding a conversation with me when they didn’t have to and it was nice because no other manager here has ever cared enough to do that. I don’t think old management would have ever upgraded the place so shoutout to management for upgrading stuff because with previous management the place was dull and boring. To anyone new looking to stay here do not let the reviews deter you. Kiara and management are actually really nice people who are doing their job and making sure residents follow the rules of thei lease. If you do have a hard time following rules or think you can just do whatever then this is not the place for you. Ever since new management took over there has been nothing but imrpovements that the old company would have never did so for everyone claiming management is so bad clearly they aren’t because they still have their jobs and still have a full staff so clearly they doing something right.

The front desk staffs were great but the management team was terrible. They broke into the apartment for inspections and maintenance with no notice ahead of time. They took your living room and kitchen the same way as a hallway.
