Hawks Landing Oxford, oxford-oh

I've just wrapped up my first full year living at Hawks Landing, and overall, it's been a great experience. Moving in was smooth, and the apartment held up well through all four seasons in Oxford. The winter heating was efficient during those cold Ohio nights, and the AC kept things cool during the humid summer months. What really stood out to me over the year was the consistency of the maintenance team. I had a few minor issues pop up (a leaky faucet and a broken blind), and every time I submitted a request, they were out within 24-48 hours. The grounds crew also did a fantastic job keeping the landscaping clean, especially during fall leaf season and winter snow removal. What I love most is that Hawks Landing feels like a retreat from the busy college scene, but you never feel disconnected from everything Oxford has to offer. Whether it was walking to the parks nearby or heading to a Miami football game, the location made it all easy. I can't imagine a better spot to call home in this town.

Last year, we moved our daughter into Hawks landing. Little nervous about letting her live so far from home, but the staff at Hawks Landing has been nothing but helpful. When she has a problem, with anything that happens in her apartment, they respond and address the issue immediately. Definitely impressed with Hawks landing.

I am a resident and employee of Hawks Landing and I have really enjoyed my time here being this close to campus to easily make it to classes and uptown! The maintenance team as also been extremely efficient and nice people!

The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, always helping to answer any questions I have and supplying me with any advice they can. Overall, this establishment has shown me that they are a pinnacle of respectful business and I recommend them to any seeking housing in Oxford.

A lot of my friends live here currently and I am considering to for my junior year. I would highly recommend living here. The apartments are great and the workers are very helpful!
