If I could leave a negative star I would. Quite literally the WORST place to live! When we moved in the place was dirty. Heather, the manager, needs to pick another profession. She is demeaning, rude, disrespectful, and an awful face of the company. Everyone else I spoke to was amazing especially Amanda in the office. The maintenance is fantastic. If anyone is considering living here I URGE you not to. I mean seriously I wouldn’t wish the experience I had here on anyone else.

Within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed, each resident is required to do one of two things: provide a qualifying guarantor (often a parent), or pre-pay the final 2 installments.
Each community at The Heritage Collection is pet-friendly, subject to limits on animals and breeds. The communities are smoke-free in all indoor and adjacent spaces. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
Homes at The Heritage Collection at Oxford are generally unfurnished, to allow residents to bring or rent furniture of their choice.
Each resident at The Heritage Collection pays a flat rate that also includes Wi-Fi and in-unit laundry.
Instead of requiring all roommates to sign a joint lease, each person at The Heritage Collection at Oxford has their own individual contract, with one person per bedroom. This means you are only responsible for paying for yourself — not your roommates. Even if a roommate moves out or other bedrooms in your apartment are empty, you only pay the rate for your bedroom.
