I love this place. The staff is friendly and the apartments are so welcoming. I love the monthly events and the free goodies they have for their residents.

I love the Flatts at South Campus! The community is quiet and the people that work in the front office are so sweet and helpful! i absolutely love my one bedroom apartment here. I recommend living here to anyone.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Karissa Johnson. She was very helpful to me and my family during the Winter storm. We could not get in touch with my brother, as he was without power and we were worried. She braved the storm and walked to his apartment to made sure he was ok, and even charged his phone for him! I'm eternally grateful for her willingness to assure our family that Correl was safe. Thank you so much, Ms. Karissa!

The Flatts has been the perfect place for me these past two years. From its location, the rest of Oxford is easily-accessible. The layout and design of the apartments are neat and well-thought out; the maintenance team is polite and quickly-responsive, and the available amenities are exceptionally fantastic. I’ve met many other residents here that are sure to be lifelong friends of mine. The staff are all so friendly and down-to-Earth. They constantly go above and beyond to organize events for their community. There is always something to look forward to. I get the same feeling returning to the Flatts after being away that I get when pulling into the driveway of the house I grew up in. Finding somewhere that can truly give you that magical, comforting feeling of being home is difficult, unless you’re here, considering The Flatts.

We’ve rented an apartment at Flatts South Campus for three years, and our experience has consistently been excellent. Throughout our time here, maintenance and improvements have been responsive—our washer/dryer and living room furniture were replaced since moving in—and the entire staff has always been friendly and helpful. Today we renewed our lease with Jalen, who made the process incredibly smooth. He was professional, responsive, and informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure we felt confident in our renewal. His attention to detail and genuine willingness to help made a big difference. Jalen is a rockstar, and we truly appreciate the outstanding service!
