I have had a great experience living at Domain at Oxford. I live in a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment, and it has been very comfortable, spacious, and convenient. Having a private bathroom, furnished apartment, full-size washer and dryer, and good living space makes day-to-day life much easier. The community is also very nice for students and young professionals. The location is convenient, and the amenities are excellent, especially the resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, study areas, and theater room. The Green bus stops right in front of the office, making everyday commute to Olemiss a lot easier. The staff and management have also been friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Overall, Domain at Oxford provides a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable living environment in Oxford. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good apartment near Ole Miss.

The domain has been an amazing experience for the past 3 years. Everyone from Denver to Keke to Ava, Sully and Coty. All the staff and management people have always been there for me to help in the best ways. Even the trash management are awesome and always greet me with grace. I can’t recommend it enough, always the best events to connect with your neighbors and the best attitude when receiving my 100000 packages. Wish I could stay here a little longer! I would strongly encourage future residents to carefully consider their decision before signing with Domain at Oxford, especially if roommate placement and communication are important factors in your housing decision. My family’s experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. My son was originally told that he had secured a unit with his selected roommates and that signing the pre-lease would lock in his placement. Later, another staff member informed him that he was not even listed on the housing roster. After months of confusion and inconsistent communication, we were finally told in February that he did have a placement—but instead of being assigned with his chosen roommates, he had been placed with three random roommates. Due to the ongoing miscommunication and the urgency of securing housing, I informed the staff that we would need to explore other housing options. As a mother of three college students, along with two additional children, and as a full-time student myself, it was important for my children to live together for both financial and personal reasons. That was our understanding throughout this process. At no point was I clearly informed that canceling would result in being charged an entire month’s rent for a unit my son never moved into, never occupied, and had no intention of living in. We were repeatedly told that the pre-lease was simply to hold the unit and was not considered a final lease agreement. Creating this kind of financial burden for students and families who are already managing the high costs of college is extremely disappointing. Had there been clear, honest, and consistent communication from the beginning, this entire situation could have been avoided. Students and families deserve transparency, professionalism, and accurate information when making major housing decisions. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I sincerely hope management takes steps to improve communication and better support the students and families they serve.

I highly recommend the Domain to anyone interested in staying somewhere that takes the initiative of making sure your experience is the best! They’re always hosting events for residents and the staff is thoughtful. I participated in their most recent pageant and had a lot of fun. They were helpful as well as the girls that I participated with! The event itself was well put together and it was overall a great experience. Will be doing it again!

Kind and helpful staff! All of them are very easy to talk to if you need anything. And the amenities are great, I personally love our pool!
