Apartment was trashed when we moved in, carpets all stained, hadn't been cleaned since previous owners moved out. A/C went out probably 15 times. Had problems with the sink, washer, dryer, dish washer. Office has had 4 different managers since we moved in, very confusing. Only helpful people are the maintenance workers.

These townhomes are AMAZING. I really didn’t know what to fully expect whenever I first came to visit, but Auburn gave me the best tour, answered every single question I had, and helped me understand the leasing process!

Place was completely trashed when I moved in and everything just breaks all the time. Management is so confusing there’s been a lot of managers there since I moved in. Fined for no reason. Wouod not advise this place to anyone. Maintenance workers are nice that’s about it.
