The absolute worst place i’ve ever stayed at. Quite literally a scam with the “specials” they have. I signed a lease from august 2025-december 2025 because they had a special going on where you could end your lease in december, april 2026, or july 2026 but they never specified that you could only choose once. I was under the impression that we could then extend the lease up until april but no, i had to extend it all the way through july. Maintenance would leave the lights on in the apartment and we the residents would have to pay the overages for what they did. They can’t even turn off the lights after leaving? especially when no residents are home?? Whenever there was a problem, maintenance would never answer the phone. This place has horrible reviews for a REASON. It needs to be cheaper than $799 a month. Genuinely worth 400-500 a month, no reason it should be more because the interior and exterior is hard to look at, the hot tub would always be broken, and the office is never willing to help or hear anyone out, they’re like rude? I don’t know man. I know it’s cheap but anything is better than this place. Genuinely don’t waste your money. It’s such a disappointment.

They pair you with disgusting people and find stupid excuses to scam security deposits from college students. Honestly such an embarrassment. Trying to dispute my charges of not return keys when i definitely did. Don’t get me started on the nasty people I was with.

More than half of these reviews are being dramatic. It’s a good place for the price you’re paying. I’ve really only ever seen 1 roach so those saying they’re infested are just doing something wrong themselves. They always send out emails in advance if maintenance will be coming around the complex coming from anytime so just check your emails. The staff are pretty chill from what I’ve seen. Overall, a good place to live if you’re not trying to pay over $1000 a month at other places.

Very Bad. Maintenance and office workers walk in our spaces whenever they want with no emails or calls it let us know in advance. Rent rose from $650 to $900+ and we still have the same broken appliances. Black Mold is everywhere. Complained multiple times and nothing has changed.

The rooms are nice for the price but holy cow everything else sucks. Our fridge is broken and so loud I can hear it through my wall. The oven is broken and so far forward I can't even open one of my drawers. Something new breaks every month there is always some new infestation and it takes so long to get stuff fixed I gave up on asking and started doing it myself. I personally sealed the gap between the wall and the floor, I replaced half the burt out or unreasonably dim lightbulbs, I replaced the bathroom vent, and I have gone through 3 bottles of bleach trying to get rid of the mold in the bathroom. If your fine with spending an extra 70+ dollars to fix the apartment it's worth it but if not then pay more.
