Premier Living Suites, oswego-ny

I’ve taken the time to think if I should comment but it’s been a year since I last lived there so let’s do it. First and foremost if you even have a second thought of backing out of the lease do it!! No amenities are worth over 900 dollars you’re better off paying that at the dorms or even better find a good house with your friends on FB Marketplace for a cheaper price. Be warned your neighbors will not take you into consideration and nothing will ever be done about it. Get ready for many long nights. Parents if you care about your children and their health look elsewhere!!! The breakfast was a couple of stale bagels, fruits, and some granola bars, there’s not much of a selection even though they make it sound appealing when signing the lease. this building desperately wants you to believe they’re the best option here but don’t fall for it anyone else can offer you a furnished apartment complex. The AC is on in the summer but not enough to hit all the rooms and the heater will leave you burning. The gym is a couple of old machines that don’t offer much of a workout. I do like that they had a printer:) Make sure not to sign away here! I recommend listening to all the lowest reviews make sure to check those out and listen to them!!!

This place is everything if you are looking for a beautiful and safe apartment for student in Oswego area. Looks and feels like a real vacation resort. 😉 The property manager Jamie is amazing. Not only very professional but she is friendly, warm, understanding and patient. I deeply recommend this place. Don’t look any farther This is the place you want to be.

I highly recommend living at Premier Living Suites if you are looking for off campus housing. The security to get into the building and the apartment are top notch, making me feel safe at all times. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and I was immediately able to make myself feel at home here. The amenities such as the movie theater, study room, gym, aerobics studio and more are used by me almost every day, and my friends are constantly wanting to come over just to hangout in such a wonderful and giving space. Jamie, the property manager, is kind and welcoming and is attentive to any needs anyone has. I could not have found a better place to live!

I highly recommend Premier Living Suites for college students! I’ve lived here for over 2 years and I truly love it here. The apartments are spacious and clean and the building has a lot to offer (gym, movie theater, gaming room, dancing room, study lounge). Jamie, the property manager is extremely caring and helpful, she goes out of her way to make PLS feel like home. No other place compares to Premier Living Suites, it is definitely worth the price.

5/5 I would live there again even longer if I knew about the place sooner. The property manager is nothing but helpful if you face an inconvenience. My friends and I loved having a movie theater in the building for late night movies after a long day of classes. Having the gym made it is easier to work out between classes instead of driving to planet fitness. Also they run a shuttle to accommodate getting students to campus who don't have a car or don't wanna take their car.
