This place is an absolute train wreck. Elevator hasn’t worked in about 7 months, there’s never parking unless you want to pay an extra $60 a month for underground parking, they don’t let you get your packages on saturdays or sundays (or any day after the office closes because packages usually delivered to Morgan Crossing across the street), the only washer and dryers that work are on the first floor even though every floor has 2 washers and 2 dryers, and now people are leaving the doors open when they move in/out and they now have a SERIOUS bug problem. Lived here for a very unfortunate 2 years and is SUPER over priced. I suggest staying away from Alexander & Bishop Properties all together. Incredibly happy to have left.

I called Alexander & Bishop property management on February 25th to make an appointment to see an apartment at Concord Place on Saturday March 2nd (it took a great deal of effort to finally get ahold of someone). I drove all the way up from Chicago on that day and the manager did not show up... Inconvenience for me but wanted to give this place a second chance... On the following Monday I tried calling all throughout the day to get ahold of someone at the leasing office and no one responded. I came back to the area during posted leasing office hours and no one was at the 495 Pearl Ave location. I am now renting elsewhere.

Poorly taken care of, packages get stolen by other residents all the time and on top of that washers and dryers work 5% of the time. For the price you pay to live there it’s definitely not worth it.
