Stay away! The place is completely overpriced and you have to pay for utilities on top of that, the rooms are completely different sizes and one has windows the other has one tiny window but you still pay the same price which is completely unfair. Constantly solicitors nocking on your door. But the worst part is the horrible management they are constantly on your back doing room checks like we are in high school. Also constalty texting you about shoveling your driveway or some other bullshit . They constantly threaten you with eviction if you don’t do what they say it’s completely ridiculous. I’ve been at the ave ot and I stayed at the reserve and the block is by far the worst place around for a bunch of reasons.

Ikos Property Management has no respect for their tenants. They charged me for utilities after I moved out, even though the apartment was empty. No warning, no explanation — just money taken from my deposit. Completely unacceptable.

Kelly made what should have been a simple move-out process unnecessarily stressful. Instead of clear expectations, I got vague instructions and unexpected charges. I would never rent through this company again.

Great apartment choice for UMaine students seeking a more spacious unit close to campus. Ideal for two people with plenty of storage space (unfinished basement). Completely remodeled units with kind new owners. Rent is a bit pricey but it's comparable to the going rates in the area for nicer places.

The level of disorganization is shocking. Emails and calls were rarely answered. When I finally got a response, it was condescending and unhelpful. Rent elsewhere, it will save you money and headaches.
