My experience with the property manager, Alejandra, has been extremely disappointing. I have never had this many issues with the office till she started working here!! Throughout my time as a resident, I repeatedly struggled to get responses to emails and phone calls, and important issues were not handled in a timely or professional manner. In fact, she repeated "can I talk" whenever she talked over me. Extremely unprofessional! I specifically informed the office that I would be out of town for an extended period and requested that any important updates be sent to me by email. Despite that, I was never notified that I was being assigned a new roommate, nor was I receive any communication that my personal belongings would be removed from my kitchen cabinet. When I learned that my belongings had been discarded, I discovered that no one had contacted me to let me know they had been removed or that I had a limited amount of time to retrieve them. Alejandra first said 24 hours now 48... so I don't truly know how long they "hold" your things. Had I been notified, I would have arranged for someone to pick them up immediately. Instead, I was left to find out only after my property had already been thrown away. They did not take accountability what's so ever. When I tried to resolve the situation, communication continued to be poor. Emails went unanswered for long periods, I received inconsistent information from different staff members, and I felt that my concerns were dismissed instead of addressed. As a property manager, residents should be able to rely on clear communication, accountability, and timely responses, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve communication and the way residents are treated. No resident should have to discover that their belongings have been discarded without ever being informed. Higher ups please take this seriously and look into your staff! Thank you! _______ The office rarely answers the phone, and communication has been extremely poor. Staff have entered my apartment without providing advance notice and LIE ABOUT IT, items were thrown away from my cabinets without my knowledge, and I was assigned a roommate without being notified beforehand. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend living at Vale East.

Omggg where do start🥺🫠???!!! When I say the vale east staff is just amazing, they’re truely unmatched!!!! From the time I started talking to them while I was in Missouri to the time I got settled in into my new home they have all been so helpful, so sweet, outgoing, so caring and have fixed any issue I had concerns about. They truely put they’re heart into they’re job and always have a smile on they’re welcoming you with “sweet treats”😂 and open arms. Specially I’d love to give a special special thank you to Daniel!!! From the first time I’ve spoken to Daniel he came in working so hard for me and he didn’t even know me!!! And that says a lot about a person character honestly. But from the beginning to moving in day Daniel has went above and beyond making sure to find me the perfect place, helping me with every moving in and leasing issue that occurred, and has brought many laughs and smiles to my face. He has updated, moved, and changed various things to make sure everything is just perfect for me. He welcomed me cookies and checked up on me while I was in terrible health. He has always kept great communication and answers every single last one of my questions positive energy. But not only is Daniel amazing, so is Sonia and Martha🥺🩷🩷🩷they are truely so sweet, so caring, and so welcoming as well, from the beginning they have always made me feel like I’ve chosen the perfect place to call my next home, they have talked to me and checked up on me mentally and physically, they always goes the extra mile!!! Not because it’s they’re job, but because you can genuinely tell they love what they do, they have corrected any errors and helped direct me how my new apartment complex works😂and is so sweet as to even care about my dogs and give great suggestions and recommendations. Even the maintenance and cleaning staff is so sweet and nice❤️ The vale east is full of so much heart, compassion, and hard working people, I truely wouldn’t recommend any where else in Orlando ‼️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Vale East was the last place we toured and by far thee BEST! Initially I was apprehensive because of a disappointing interaction with the front desk staff. I came back another day and did a tour with different staff and had an amazing experience. The property is exactly 15 minutes & 2 turns from Full Sail University. You won’t find anything better. Literally a GORGEOUS property. Management was so helpful and as a freshman Mom I feel safe leaving my son here. Thank you J & Keyra!

Best visit for housing options for our daughter. The vibe is warm, inviting, and very friendly! Very affordable living for college students, our number 1 pick!

My grandson, his grandfather and I were so delighted to have Sonia just a few days ago give us a tour of the Vale East Apartments. The facility has nice study rooms and the mail room is located close by. You will be pleased with the safety provided going into the parking area and where the furnished apartments are located. The furnished accommodations are very nice and safe. The swimming pool is beautiful & at the same time relaxing. It is good to know that these apartments cater to students. The best news of all is there will be an opening for the date our grandson needs. Get a chance you must stop by & plan a tour.
